Playstation Network PSN Hurtin’ for Certain

Sony shut down the PlayStation Network on April 20 after discovering the breach and announced on April 26 that customer personal data had been compromised. The networks remain down; Sony spokesman Patrick Seybold says that the company is working to relaunch them “as soon as possible.” On May 11th, Sony said it would take at least “a few more days” to restore service to its compromised online PlayStation Network, but they have failed to offer a solid date when it will be active once again. The gaming network, which was breached by hackers in one of the largest Internet break-ins of all time, has been down for nearly a month now. “I know you all want to know exactly when the services will be restored,” Sony spokesman Patrick Seybold said. “At this time, I can’t give you an exact date, as it will likely be at least a few more days.”

It is clear that information is scarce and it has caused a mass migration towards other online options. While the PSN network is down hard, we have found that many consumers are looking to other consoles for solace and online offerings. As we field the hundreds of calls we receive about this mess many customers look to change platforms and purchase an xBox 360 system. While this may not be the answer for everyone, www.refurbishsystem.com offers low cost xBox 360 consoles which are ready to get you back online gaming. Check them out to buy xBox 360 console and get back online without having to wait for Sony to get their story straight.
