I wanted to let you know – we received our PS3 back, it was well packaged and seems to work fine!
My grandson is VERY HAPPY – he said all is info was still there which was really great (so he says) and he used it last night and seemed to work fine.
I wanted to THANK every one involved – I will keep and share your web site and email address with other people in our area.
We had great service and great turn around time and a price that was in line with SONY.

my psp slim is freezing in the middle of game play and the left joy stick is sticking where do i send it to get it repair.
